Hammerhead Scrubs Return Policy

 

Hammerhead Scrubs wants to make sure you are happy with your purchase and our products.   If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we offer no-hassle returns within 30 days of your original purchase date for a full refund of the price of the product. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Please return unwanted product in its original unused condition with original packaging with all hang tags and labeling intact and attached.  Products which have been laundered, altered, monogramed or show signs of wear including hair, deodorant and/or cologne cannot be returned.

Please include completed return card form which was in your original shipment.

Return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibilities and non-refundable.

All packages must be returned prepaid; C.O.D. deliveries are not accepted.

Since refunds cannot be applied to merchandise not received, we strongly recommend you track your return via UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Due to high demand and fluctuating inventory, we do not offer exchanges.  If you need a different size, style or color we recommend placing a second order while returning your first order.

Please allow 14 days to process your return.

Refunds will be issued in the form of payment used to make the original purchase and can take up to thirty (30) days to reflect on credit or debit card accounts.
